Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and jlli governing your access to and use of the jlli platform, including all gaming services, payment facilities, promotions, and support functions available at jlli.bet. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Key Principles
Only players aged 21 and above are permitted to hold a jlli account or participate in any real-money gaming activity. Account registration requires accurate, verifiable personal information. One account per player — no exceptions.
All transactions at jlli are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted. Winnings may only be withdrawn to verified payment methods registered under the account holder's name.

2.3 Continued use of the jlli platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jlli will notify Members of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and by publishing the updated Terms on jlli.bet with a revised effective date.
2.4 If at any point you do not accept these Terms or any amendment thereto, you must immediately cease using the jlli platform and request account closure by contacting jlli support.
21+ Age Requirement: Real-money gaming at jlli is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory and will be conducted during the account registration and/or withdrawal process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the jlli platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

4.1 One Account Per Person. jlli permits one registered account per natural person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified, jlli will close all duplicate accounts, and any balances therein may be forfeited.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current throughout your membership. Material inaccuracies may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any associated balance.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jlli operates Know Your Customer procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised.
4.4 Non-Transferable Accounts. Your jlli account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account termination.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlli login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jlli account, whether authorized by you or not. jlli will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain credential security.

5.4 jlli recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your jlli account and using a password that is unique to jlli and not shared with any other platform, including GCash, PayMaya, or online banking portals.
jlli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jlli does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment from third-party accounts not registered in the Member's name.
All transactions at jlli are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees for PHP transactions. jlli is not responsible for currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider if you access the platform from outside the Philippines.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jlli account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, typically within the same Philippine banking business day. Minimum deposit is ₱100.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been verified under jlli's KYC procedures. jlli will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed in under 3 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking business day.
Bonus Funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the time each promotion is offered. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the removal of the Bonus Fund portion from the withdrawal amount.
Note for Filipino Players: jlli does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions. If your GCash wallet shows a deduction beyond your expected withdrawal amount, this reflects a fee applied by GCash, not by jlli. Contact jlli support if you have any concerns about a transaction.
7.1 jlli offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These terms are published with each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 jlli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and partially wagered by an eligible Member.
7.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination:
7.4 Where jlli identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to recalculate or void any winnings generated during the period of abuse and to recover any amounts already withdrawn that were generated through abuse of promotions.
8.1 Game Outcomes. All gaming outcomes on the jlli platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Game results are not influenced by jlli, by previous game outcomes, or by the size of any wager placed. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel for each title in the jlli library.
8.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round, jlli reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable wager to the Member's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a governing principle applicable to all jlli gaming services.
8.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result has been incorrectly recorded or settled, you must notify jlli support within 7 days of the disputed transaction. jlli will investigate using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. Client-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as primary evidence in disputes.
8.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets at jlli are settled in accordance with the published rules for each market category. jlli uses official results from recognized sporting bodies and data providers. Where official results are unavailable or subject to change after initial settlement, jlli reserves the right to re-settle affected markets.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlli platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

11.1 jlli reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account that was not derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts attributable to the breach. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.
11.3 A Member may close their own jlli account at any time by contacting [email protected] or via the live chat facility. Any verified Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within 5 Philippine banking business days of the closure request.
12.1 All content on the jlli platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jlli or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jlli content.
12.3 Any unauthorized use of jlli intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.
13.1 The jlli platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlli makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
13.2 jlli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the jlli platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or losses arising from technical malfunction or network failure.
13.3 jlli's total liability to any Member arising from any single cause of action or series of related causes shall not exceed the amount held in that Member's verified Real Money Balance at the time the cause of action arose.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jlli's liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 jlli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the jlli Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jlli Privacy Policy.
14.2 jlli uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. jlli does not sell or lease your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jlli platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with jlli by contacting the jlli support team at [email protected]. jlli will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and undertake to resolve it within 14 business days where possible.
16.1 jlli reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on jlli.bet with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
16.2 Your continued use of the jlli platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
